No JOB security No commitment of words No Diwali Bonus They will replace you if your salary is high HR is very rude, they will lock you in a room Marketing HODs are very cunning, they will play with you emotionally

The work culture, very systematic and professional

Basic salary growth is very slow in comparison to other good companies and the leave or holiday culture isn't smooth in comparison to others. We aren't allowed to take off day continuing a holiday

Only one thing that can liked is that this company makes you Diwali the most happiest by huge bonus and I mean it 3*salary every year rest is your performance.

No work life balance, very less holiday also have to work on govt holiday, no Saturday off, diwali leaves will be adjusted by working on sunday, bad politics always going in company, no good increment.

Job security is great. Seniors are cooperative and will help you in learning. Incentive is great.

...s.(10-12hours) No personal life. You will get calls till 12am from your seniors. Salary is less as per market standard. You have to stay in the fielf always. It doesn't matter wheather its raining or cold. Sometime you are not allowed to log out if you haven't achieved your DRR. During target pressure you have to work on sunday and holidays also. And you will not get paid for that.
