Hi. This is shaikh waseem from Bangalore One of ur company person eating money from promoters salary in Bangalore north there is not a such reason to remove and taking My main reason i was in Hospital with father for three days so he will remove me from company... Please take action on him

Over all its good company,there are lots of growth in this company

Dislikes

They dont provide bonus,has the employee use to work for whole year and no holidays in diwali season full month work,after finishing complete season if you ask for leave they will ignore it as you have to ask them like beggar,only seniors have the benifits ,bt they base of company they called vivo brand advisior are always struggleing ,there is no value for VBA in this company,no salary increments yearly on your performance basis ,if you perfrom good it means you are good ,if you slow down the performane they will cut salary from account,as you will not get any increments on your performance

Worst company chinese rule on indian Salary havent come on time So many panelties 12000 salary of vivo employ and panelty amount 500 1000 2000 This month so many promotors terminated because of low sale Market is low all brand sale is less but this chinese company doesnt think about employ how they survive without salary or low salary after comitment of high salary

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
