In vivo a one problem which is i don't like job security it's the only one concern is mine.

Vivo is the fast growing company in india, work atmosphere is good employees feel proud to work in this company because company provides full support to employees, also provide food and transport facility free to all manpower.and here More chances to enhance the knowledge and skill for more development in life. Department coordination are excellent.

Dislikes

The Work pressure is high, also rules no punch no salary because if employees forget to punch on savior machin at the time of In and Out that day salary not provided to the employees.punishment is higher because if any employees found did small mistake then same time get warning letter, kpi deduction if found more then termination and fire. Sometime not give the chances to those who work well for growth and hike in salary.

The environment is so bad that it is really difficult to sustain the company. No growth no salary high.

6 days working, no flexible working hours, outskirt location, strict punch system, less salary than market standards.

Internal promotion,self growth and skills development and co-operative working atmosphere.

Dislikes

Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.
