No proper management, worst salary structure. No value of your takent or qualification. 7k monthly salary for 10th pass and same salary and post for MBA/PGDM etc. Overall worst experience ever. I'll not suggest anyone to join there.

Hi. This is shaikh waseem from Bangalore One of ur company person eating money from promoters salary in Bangalore north there is not a such reason to remove and taking My main reason i was in Hospital with father for three days so he will remove me from company... Please take action on him

Worst company chinese rule on indian Salary havent come on time So many panelties 12000 salary of vivo employ and panelty amount 500 1000 2000 This month so many promotors terminated because of low sale Market is low all brand sale is less but this chinese company doesnt think about employ how they survive without salary or low salary after comitment of high salary

I worked with vivo for almost 2 years as a VBA(SALES PROMOTER) at kotdwar(uttarakhand) and i would like to say that vivo provides better opportunity to his teammates or his staff. Vivo provides wonderful environment of working to all of them like training, seminars etc. I want to rejoin this company .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Internal promotion,self growth and skills development and co-operative working atmosphere.

Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.
