Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.

Basic salary growth is very slow in comparison to other good companies and the leave or holiday culture isn't smooth in comparison to others. We aren't allowed to take off day continuing a holiday

I am previously working with Vivo in Murshidabad there is no working culture in here here it's lots of politics and our previous zsm interfering in personal life he is taking the things in personal way this is why I am not liking .

Good work environment and culture. Team mates and seniors are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
