Dislikes

Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.

Dislikes

...s.(10-12hours) No personal life. You will get calls till 12am from your seniors. Salary is less as per market standard. You have to stay in the fielf always. It doesn't matter wheather its raining or cold. Sometime you are not allowed to log out if you haven't achieved your DRR. During target pressure you have to work on sunday and holidays also. And you will not get paid for that.

Company not give me salary in last month.. I resigned myself 10 th march and submit working period 7 days total I work 17 days.. But company give me 3 days salary with many excuses... Froud company.. And I work for vivo 8 month the company not give me a offer letter and salary slip.
