It is good to working with the company. Specially company allows us to make new policies and incentive schemes or methods since it is sale company. Though the branch accountable to head office yet the our branch will take the decisions based on our local market under our dynamic leadership. So I like the dynamic leadership in our company.

Dislikes

Every sales company look for the result at the end of the day, so we do. Though the employee performance is not satisfactory yet our company pay him the salary. I think this need to be changed.

Basic salary growth is very slow in comparison to other good companies and the leave or holiday culture isn't smooth in comparison to others. We aren't allowed to take off day continuing a holiday
