Indian management sucks ,they only look their profit only ,cost cutting is their fundamental right ,everyone is filling there pocket by just giving inappropriate ideas and management permits. No carrier growth,no salary increment,no skill to develop. You may choose this as temporary carrier,but not a permanent one .

I would like to be Vivo India Pvt Ltd with salary benefits & Rewards and External management system. Any no issue with company 110% Accurate all rules..

But I would not liked with internally management (Ex- Senior supporting staff and team leader so poor Thinking with working culture specially in Quality Department Because Some politically thinking with our colleagues..

I like more to their culture and environment where was equally treat with 3rd ary payroll employee and company employee to their transport facility and meal facility only.

Zero value of your work Extra effort, dedication is useless Salary deduction for every leave doesn't matter its your single leave in whole year Never appreciate an employee who works not only well or extraordinary performer Promotion and salary increment not in company culture What is allowance, bonus, sympathy for employee they don't know

Timely salary, good bonus, fun activities, parties, good work culture, good colleges, growth and learning opportunities, free food and bus, job security, kill development trainings, less pressure.

6 days working, no flexible working hours, outskirt location, strict punch system, less salary than market standards.
