Indian managers are good to support but still some of them are buttering there Chinese lead to get good Diwali bonus & impact other teammates image. 6 days working is the worst thing in terms of policy they make their own rule but in terms of work expectations they want the same as vivo china HQ is doing. Moreover it is good for the freshers to start their career but not good for the experienced people.

Company work under to make in India so feeling good work in Quality department, they give me more knowledge about phone manufacturing and Quality ,process, inspection and analysis of every component and it's variants I am in this company work as an Quality AUDITOR so it's very enjoyable movement to gain lots of knowledge

Dislikes

They are no rule about your job and job time , shift and week holiday and no salary timing, And there totally Chinese culture , management have no power for give up any decision and behaviour like wildly , only Chinese make rules and regulations and decision And here Quality and Production department work like opposite party

Timely salary, good bonus, fun activities, parties, good work culture, good colleges, growth and learning opportunities, free food and bus, job security, kill development trainings, less pressure.

6 days working, no flexible working hours, outskirt location, strict punch system, less salary than market standards.

Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.
