Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Vivimed labs is good for job security only

Dislikes

Vivimed labs is not providing PF and bonus to employees, salary will be provided at the end of month, company also not providing basic facilities, work pressure is also very high poor work culture

Salary delay No increments No PF No health insurance Delay bonus ex: approx 2years later No facilities Worst Canteen, they don't provide food No settlement Over timings They don't think about employees No ethics Don't pay PF government also don't take any serious action, etc....

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
