I really like the work environment in sales.

Dislikes

Currently I'm working as collection agent on sales salary. Working for 10hrs and 6days a week. Collection agent are having more salary than we sales executive. Still Forcing us work extra hrs with no Over time allowance or incentives. Their is no job security at all. And on month end (29,30,31) we work for 13hrs straight. The hire bulk under graduate for work and more than half leave the office after a month but remaining stay due to financial issues. HR of this organisation will never support they agents.

Good work environment and culture and teammates are supportive and leads are more supportive & motivates you every time. I have learnt everything on job.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics by the management. Salary is less and growth is very low.

Job security is very week.management is well. company policy according work is very crucial

Working hours very bad morning 9 to evening 9 and no week offs Sunday's also we have to work in a month for 4 sunday they pay 1000 rupees if 1 Sunday we will be absent 1000 rupees incentive company won't pay no holidays on festivals.

Likes

Good environment and work culture people are friendly and helpful.events are celebrated and gifts and vouchers are given to best performers for their performance.

Dislikes

Team leaders are not good.partiality is on done with the team members and no appraisals or increment is done in salaries for years. Opportunities are only given to their liked persons in the team others should have to struggle.
