In fact there is nothing that i found interesting in this company during my tenure.

... members of Organisation. Management people are very arrogant and self obsessed. Compensation is very low compared to work they carried out from employees. No any allowances like CL, SL, Medical insurance, Fooding facilities. No any leave policy and Public holiday compensation. Directors only keep in mind theirs profit ratio, no matter how their employees facing problems at site. Strongly request to Naukri.com portal to delist the company as its your honourable duty to not to post vacancy for this bad organisation. Pls delist this company from your portal.

Great Job Security.In this organization chances of termination are literally nil until n unless you are a weak performer or cause any damage to companies reputation. If you are interested,you will get a chance to learn to become well rounded,Flexible Timing,Supportive co-workers and Higher Management,Saturday Half Day working.
