Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They Supported very well. they just fired us to reduce the company cost.

Dislikes

...ss salary but expect more works. 3 to 4 person work will allocate to one person. There wont be any salary growth. they dont support in hard time like covid. Not given proper salary.

Looking like a small island. Hr is good. Nothing else

Dislikes

No humanity , is a jail. Very worst company culture. Like a jail. You cannot wear casual dress on weekends. You cannot use mobile even on emergency time. You should go to lunch when they says only. You cannot stand or change place. Very bad experience particularly jagan and venkatesh are mad. Worst washroom.
