It's been a while since I joined VMA as a principle. The overall experiencehas been satisfactory with some challenging and testing times in between. I believe that working at VMA in a capacity of its HR/Marketing/Promotion head is a challenging task and is only for someone who would like to take a break from his or her routine marketing head job in some big organization in some biggest metro city in or outside India and woud like to give a 6 month to a year to himself to try out something different at his ir her own expense.

Dislikes

Challenge every single day, but you have to think this as a free of cost training in education industry base line.
