I am never into buttering but the management of VIPS- TC is very supportive this this increases the moral and productivity. Open door policy is practiced to the T. I have had in past very bad employers, but since I started working in VIPS-TC the trauma of past employers has been erased. I am ever grateful.

Dislikes

Nothing. It's the perfect private institute. They go out of their way to accomodate employees and students. Employee is family to them.

Likes

Work environment is good and management do not unnecessarily intervene in academics. Also, unlike most of the other private colleges, all the Saturdays are off at VIPS.

Dislikes

There are almost no incentives for research. Also, number of leaves are too less and comes with many conditions.

Likes

Teaching and research opportunities. The management is very good.

Dislikes

The senior faculties indulge in unnecessary gossip and politics. Instead of working in harmony they create an environment of distrust in the department.
