The college atmosphere is very nice and the staff are very friendly, students are very discipline and the college administration is very nice . everything is good in that college.

Dislikes

The salaries are very low .Due to insufficient salary I leave that job.

Work life balance and working with young students.

Dislikes

Culture. There is no career growth at all. Salary will be below the average of its peer colleges. Annual increment is RS 1000 only. There is relation between performance and pay. There is grievance redressal procedure, if you don't like the pleasing your superiors, you can leave the job.

I like to teach and also like to do office job. But after some days my confident levels drops because students not showing interest to learn so I want to change my college and want to work in new college

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
