Till 2018 it was much better place to work

Dislikes

This review is specifically about the principal. Disrespecting teachers does not make her look cool. Remember, karma has its way of teaching lessons. No one here is your subordinate; everyone has their own family to care for and is not dependent on your money for survival. After one incident I have listened ,I could have addressed this incident differently, respecting authority, but it's time to take a stand. Let this be the start for women's mental peace.

I learnt a lot in my this school and the best thing the training which is conducted by maral was fantastic.

Dislikes

The lots of pressure to prove everything and the behaviour and the way they treat the employee was not good

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
