Very much disapppointed by this company Incentive deductions. No bonus. Least bothered about employee satisfaction Very high Work pressure Especially mysore road branch the worst company. If a survey done to all of that company employees 85% of employee gives a negative feedback about this company

I was there in VIVA TOYOTA more than 2 years. I had a wonderful experience while learning, team, team members, work environment ....etc everything was excellent. Before VIVA I was there in SHAKTI TOYOTA I had an experience on my position as SSOPI at Shimoga. So based on my experience I m handling one branch. Family & Team members are gave more support for my carrier.

Dislikes

My hubby met with an accident on September 2018. Doctor told him to take 1 month bed rest but our company has not support me on that time. So I resigned to my position.
