...very positive and inclusive. making it an enjoyable place to work here everyday. Salary is paid on time, which gives a sense of financial stability and trust in the company. the HR team is also supportive and helpful. always there to assist with any concerns or issues. they make sure employees feel valued and heard.

The only Downside I'd mentions is all Saturday's are working, which can sometimes affect the work life balance. if they could consider implementing alternate Saturday's off, i think it would further enhance the work - life balance of the employees. overall its a fantastic place to work!

...with this company. The work culture is nice, helpful and collaborative efforts . Team is friendly ,salary paid on 1st of every month which is good, work life balance I will say its ok , but can be very good if Saturday working off would be considered. over all its great company to work for long term perspective.

Appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year, but there is no job security, job atmosphere is fearful.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
