... this firm. First of all it's proprietorship firm, And there is no job security. Here you get only salary and expenses and nothing else. Here only things is matter money how much they can earn. No insurance, No Provident fund for employees. I worked here almost 9 yrs and at the end nothing i got except salary and expenses. And for yearly bonus they deduct amount from your salary and give as bonus. Here there is no benefit for employees and they don't think for employees future. Total hectic. Here only policy are matching with work but not matching with benefit to give to employee. It's only (OPC) firm.
