Management is very poor. They cut the employee's salary without prior information for months together and if we ask for the same then they will defame us through false allegations like damaging company properties, stealing strains and laptops which are not even given. Only CEO and COO's assistants received laptops. Rest of the employees including manager and team leads not received the laptops and everyone were using their own for office use. They gave increment but stopped the salary in the next month. No relocation allowance or benefits were given to employees for moving from Bangalore to Thiruvananthapuram. The entire dismantling, packing and loading of lab and office from Bangalore to Thiruvananthapuram, and also unpacking and arrangement in Thiruvananthapuram was done by technical staffs including female employees as a cost cutting measure by company. Every employee is insisted to do laborious jobs which is not given in JD. They recruit new employees, pay one month salary, hold the salary for next few months, then the employees leave the organization and the cycle continues. There is no PF, insurance and other employee benefits as mentioned in job postings.

Worst Management, Poor Planning, Salary payment not done, No Increment even after 2years, False promises given by the management. Purposely they're harassing Old employees and recruiting new employees giving false assurance.

I get to learn and improve my skills. Being a startup the opportunities to develop and deliver are very motivating. The management is very supportive and allows full freedom at work.

Dislikes

does not take action against erring employees. Some employees have stolen strains, laptops, destroyed company property and were just asked to leave rather than being terminated. These employees are writing negative reviews about this beautiful and organised company.

Overall vision of the organisation is futuristic and hopeful. An encouraged initiative by entrepreneurs.

Poor Management. Doesnt even know how to conduct an interview, literally mocking candidates without any specific reasons. Absolute disappointing approach from the management. Proper office equipments are not provided. Posch building may mislead new comers.

Honestly, there is very little to like about this company initially working in Startup felt exciting. But in reality it’s quite different. The only positive thing is the colleagues who are in the same situation, supported each other.

This company is a perfect example for poor management and broken promises. Everything went downhill in the month of July 2023 when they began to cut salaries without a warning or any justification. Out of 20, 17 left because we had treated and unfairly and basic needs were not met There was only one laptop available for the whole team. Rest of the employees has to use their own laptops, personal laptops. The management claims that their laptops were stolen, but how can anyone steal which were not provided? They are also accused of stealing this wild strains, but these trains are not patterned, genetically modified meaning, legally anyone can take it from natural environment. This acquisition are just management tactics to blame the failure and pin the employees. People did not leave for the personal issues. They left because of the poor management, poor leadership lack of resource and toxic environment vitaliz Bioscience is a place where where one thought creativity are stilfed . The only reason you can see a positive review is because it was told by the management and there under pressure.
