Management is not brutal like other colleges. Chairman is quite understanding in many aspects.

Dislikes

This is the worst college when it comes to salary. This college did not get permission for admission so they have not paid salaries since 7 months. After persistently asking for salaries only 1 month's salary was given. And when we asked for salary in the following month, they denied salary saying that 1 salary was given last month! Career wise you will not learn anything new and may even forget what you have learnt. Everything is fake and on paper only. They dont conduct CME's or integrated teachings, show them only on paper. Even MCI'S teachers training workshop is faked. Research work is impossible here

Salaries are not given by time ..Irregulararity in dates . Location is 20km from kurnool city. No facilities near college premises. Hostel rooms are poorly maintained. NO proper ROAD inside college .Accommodation is also difficult if you wanna stay outside hostel . Very small village name penchikalapadu . Outside food is very very difficult if you Dont wanna eat in mess.

On interview date discussions done.the same is maintained.Due to inconvenience in my house consyruction,i requested them to accept me to allow resignayoon by vertually. They accepted and cleared my all balance amount. Starting i feel some inconvience, but then i mingle with them and giving my sincear,and workingwith my experience i enjoyed the job In civil project work having many works at a time, my incharge is very nice and we executed the work in smooth manner I am very unhappy i lost my job their Thank you you people given oppertunity to share my working experience
