Simply Nothing is likable in this institution. Only the natural beauty is mesmerizing in this campus. It's a good place for tourists rather than employees.

Dislikes

No scope of growth here. In recent years maximum posts are made contractual with minimum salary. No scope of increment. Eventually one becomes frustrated with the work culture. Utter jealousy in most of the employees working there and you never know what will happen in the next hour, who will backstab you. Thank me later 🙏

Some good scholars are there who really have full command on their field and are masters in their respective domain.otherwise work culture is only sabotage.there’s no word job security exists.employees dont come back after lunch.

This place is probably one of the worst central university in India to work with.Full of gender politics and other local politics,the administration does not bother about the rules and regulations,interfere in personal spaces,one cannot maintain dignity or cannot be a dissenting voice, the administration throw out in punitive way and violate every legal orders.they do not provide the basic amenities to contractual staffs like medical facilities or library accession.employees are treated as slave there.
