The era of de merged entities viz Indian airlines and airindia had different culture which is no more in existence,the only attraction or greed is free passages

For last more than 20 years no pay revision once a glamorous and charming job has lost many of its plus points

... of your juniors and ask you to look over your juniors and they will listen you. No salary increment, no bonus, no promotion. Also maintaining strict timing to come and go at time of corona also. Show off a lot that they are a good company. But these are confidence sucker, demotivating, they were having no humanity. Don't trust their own staff, but all work to be done by same staff. Mental harrassment is too much. Supervisor call you even when you are on leave. Top management only listen to your manager, they won't concern about you. If you were not satisfied you may leave. My suggestion please don't join vistara.

Working with vistara is a grate feeling itself.

Not talking about growth but compensation is not good.required a female supervisor also for approachable disscution for girls and should be a 8 hours shift only because maximum time staff continue their shift more than 8 hours without any overtime charge.

Only the fact that we were secured being associated with TATAs. No much opportunities to explore.

Dislikes

Poor pay slabs, insecure and incompetent superiors. Afraid to promote calibrated staff being insecure if this could be threat to their profiles. Unhealthy politics. Local management was not been checked by the main management . Famed organisation with big names but not at all employee oriented.

1.Life insurance 2.Travel benefits (Seats are subject to availability, and priority is determined by grade , which has been incorrectly assigned for most of the employees) 3.Internet , mobile reimbursements 4. There is a defined structure for IT related matters such as deployments .

Dislikes

... rather than employee advocates. 8.There is glaring issue of grade disparities . The pay and titles are all over the place , with no transparency or fairness. Merit doesn’t matter- connections and politics do.
