The company has a healthy, open work environment. An open door policy is followed and the upper management is accessible to al the employees. The culture is very good, with a mix of young and experienced employees and there is a good rapport between everyone. There is no formal dress code and semi-formals are allowed. Salaries are provided on time.

...most of theur time implementing the same age-old solution for different clients. The compensation is not satisfactory compared to the amount of work that is expected from the employees.
