... regarding the employee. I have a bad experience regarding the shifting charges. Before shifting they have ready to pay but after denied, i have not received the amount till yet after taking several follow up.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Very poor management, no one has A good knowledge About the product.. No one is well aware about the other lending institute policy.. They just want to waste the time of applicant.. Nothing else

My manager is a well-known individual who understands the well-being of calleugues and has extensive expertise of the department.

Company and employees culture is very bad Extra work hours without any benifits without food & with least salary, it would be 9, 9:30am to 8,9,10pm also all days. No one caring our employees well being and mainly health of the employees.
