This is a Worst company I have seen in My life. They treat employees like a slave to achieve Target and lot of pressure. The Project Manager (John) and TL are such irresponsible person. They need to learn how to make decisions and treat employees. They did not gave correct / confirm information to employees about the work.

I worked in Vista for 6.5 years. I was appointed as a Process Associate and eventually got promoted as a Project Lead based on my performance. I was deployed in one of their client site, which provided a great work experience and work opportunities. I had the opportunity to work on various innovative projects throughout my tenure. Job security is great. Good work environment and culture. Flexible work timings while working from home. Management was very friendly and works close with their employees. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Don't attend interview in vista eng it is totally a waste of time and my money as well. This lady sneha called me to schedule interview and sent me details through email where reporting time was 11am saravanampatti IT park. I was infact early I was there by 10.45 itself and they didn't even allow me inside the IT park since our name wasn't in the mail list sent in the entrace. Around 6 people who came for interview in vista waited there outside for 1 and half hour and finally they let us in. Inside the company no one was there then, they made us wait for another three hours meanwhile that sneha didn't even attend calls properly since we were waiting for long time. And around 3.30 they came and conducted interview. Those people didn't even care if we had our lunch or not none of us even drank water or ate till interview got over. This company doesn't even have a proper organization or atleast they don't even have humanity , work ethics. Freshers please don't attend your interview here and waste your time. And that lady sneha wasn't even responsible enough to attend calls when we werent allowed inside the IT park. Waste of my time.

management give freedom to work, job security is always 100 percent sure, they will train work related knowledge , company policies are easy to follow and good safety for women associates.

Dislikes

concenrate little bit more on innovation for example give the training other than working tools, have to arrange outdoor trips atleast once a year

I would say everything because I brought in many changes and implied HR functions, being the sole person, eventhough it was neglected and ignored... It was disappointing! No proper infrastructure, no proper employee benefits, no opportunity for career growth/ learning, boring work environment. Finally, communication was hectic...
