The lack of career growth opportunities is concerning, with no promotions or salary increments. The company operates with inflexible work arrangements, offering no hybrid options and limited holiday/time-off policies. What's particularly troubling is their handling of employee documentation - experience certificates, payslips, and relieving letters are consistently delayed, sometimes up to 6 months, which creates significant obstacles when transitioning to new employment opportunities. The company's treatment of employees during separation is especially problematic. While they abruptly terminate employees over the phone without notice, they paradoxically make the resignation process extremely difficult for those leaving voluntarily. Employees who resign for new opportunities or family reasons face harassment, blackmail, and deliberate delays in receiving their necessary documentation. Particularly concerning is their practice of forcing employees to resign during maternity leave, showing a complete disregard for employee rights and wellbeing. The workplace culture lacks any positive elements - there are no celebrations, delayed appraisals, and a complete absence of work-life balance. The strict timing policies and inflexible work environment create unnecessary stress for employees. The lack of standard benefits like career advancement, regular compensation reviews, and work arrangement flexibility make it difficult to envision a long-term future here. The current practices not only affect employee morale but also potentially violate basic employee rights and professional standards.
