Well if you are really want to work abroad and that too working in an Indian company, then expect nothing more than a typical indian company atmosphere. It does mean it is bad culture but all nothing but work. You work about 9 hours a day and go to staff house and rest and get ready for next day. It is routine. Yes about innavotion uh... something you have to do it in your own . If it is good for the company then you get appreciated and sometime get rewarded. Colleagues are nice and good local fellows and some indian staffs too. Good to go along with their local culture and fun loving people. It is all about how you make yourself happy and balance work and life without upsetting your boss. By the way, Visita office located in very strategic and business center location in Manila( to be exact Makati center business district). If you are a city guy and night person , you bet , you got everything you need around walkable distance. Yes, of course, you can enjoy your week end ( starts normally on Saturday's night and end Sunday around midnight) then you can have a good night sleep then works starts all over again on Monday morning. Yeah i mentioned office located in Makati, Philippines but you no need to worry about Indian food and keeping up with your indian traditional good habits like fasting, praying etc. Since bosses are Indian of course they love all these good stuff which their employee still following yet living in different country and without their parent's compellsion. That is a plus point yet anothet reason to get good impression from your boss. Ok overall you are here to work so basically that is what you can expect more. If you are a guy like to work little and expect more fun , then i recommend look for job somewhere else. Hope it will help you to decide your next job. Hey ! If you really wants to work in Visita, I can assure you that you wont regret !!. Good luck with your job hunting.
