Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...atedly despite of the customer asking to not disturb them!! Poor management!! Do not pay on time also unnecessary deductions in payments. And when you ask the functional head she abuses you. And no one to take responsibility!! Company police's are not at all good. Please don't join VISIT OR VISIT HEALTH

Very toxic culture, nobody will help you out and when employees drop there paper due to such a bad environment they start treating them as animals and HR Policies / companies norms will change according to them
