...h as trainees continues as trainee for 5 to 10 years even performance is good. Terminate the employees without intimation and won't give proper reason and compensation for termination. No softskills training

Company policy is depending on person will change. More than 10years experience people working as trainee.. But Covid-19 time they doing well like sanitizing and social distance that was good

...ven emergency also. They think like defence campus I don't know what they think. Hike will not give and bonus they won't give.. etc.....

Good to learn new things, Work environment is good, pays time to time salary.

Don't expect more salary if you want to join this company, irrespective of the qualification salary given here. OT is not provided if extra time worked here

Salary is always deposited on-time

No work like balance. No growth for women. Should be there at 9 in the morning sharp but work day may even end at 8. Also they call anytime. No matter it is 10 or 11 in the night. gives 100 tasks, adda another 100 and if we miss one they blame for not doing timely work

...Working environment is also good so that you develop your intra personal skills. For starting you feel getting less salary but giving good appraisal.

Training is not there you have to learn by yourself
