...ompany and people should never come to this company it will destroy your career. The owner has its own policy salary is given after 18 your 20 they hold your salary and pressurize you to work more and no increment and no work lif balance

...cal employees it has used Covid as a great opportunity to exploit the employees. We are getting salary after 30 % deduction since april and 10% was deducted for March 2020 and worst is we get salary after 2 months. As far as the job security is concerned it's quite safe here as no increment/ bonus is given, timely salary is also denied. So as long as one wish to stay he will stay here cuz their purpose is fulfilled. Terrible work culture, no management at all. Every small decision is taken by MD. You can't talk with anyone regarding your grievance, increment etc. Increment is impossible here as they'll hire new guy once you'll be in a position of increment. You aren't given a single day leave, if you get ill or stuck somewhere your salary will still be deducted for that day. I'm going to office since lockdown from may and still I'm getting my salary deducted.

...uch work load, especially when they see one has capability to handle everything. They bury you with loads and salary is same as other employees.

I love it. Bcz it was teach me how to increase my skill powers. Our team members are very friendly and helpful. It's just like my home.

It's management systems are very bad. Coz there is no skill ,no increment. Very much low salary for my skill.

As a field engineer i never received my salary in time and field expenses not received 3 to 4 months,first we invest our salary for company field expenses that's why I leave this company till date i have not received my expenses 20000/- at field for visiontek,i have also asked to Md. P Kumar Ranjan sir but he was no response.

There is no drinking water for employees There is no place to eat had go to a godown back yard of main building No proper sanitation facilities No security of life as in all floors there is no protection of life being labs no emergency insurance . AC should be in 26 degree whole year Etc
