Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They provide PPE fecilities and quarntine,hygiene food during covid 19 period. HR always monitored employees safety.

Dislikes

They can pay salary . Some employees absence after may month. . But totally salary cut

Less pressure compare to other companies.

Dislikes

Company policy is very bad no hierarchy. Anyone or every one can ask you Questions. Even company top level management can call you and ask about your sale. Too much politics. No incentive structure.
