Company policy is very bad no hierarchy. Anyone or every one can ask you Questions. Even company top level management can call you and ask about your sale. Too much politics. No incentive structure.

* Management * Working principles * They didn't provide experience certificate, wheather you are working since 5 years or 10 years * No chance for getting On role.

Management allows an individual to explore innovative ways of meeting customer requirement & supports him/her to go all out in achieving goals

HR policies & rewarding mechanism could have been more skewed towards employees

It is a good cash rich company, does good business, excellent paymaster and having a progressive work environment. I have had one of my longest tenure in this company for many good reasons.

There is fair amount of intervention in independent working environment which is substantially annoying sometimes.

Job security is most important factor in this company. They will not throw you out until and unless you commit a fraud or scam....just like government job..... Flexible working hours.... Good and light working environment....team work...jokes....fun.....and.... friends..

Dislikes

Common things.....such as politics, sycophancy, favouritism...etc...which are inherent attributes of any company....So chill !!!!!!
