I received offer letter, joined the organization, at very 1st day due to insecurity the old staff who have rejoined the organization before 2 weeks went to the head and complained on unnecessary thing like why they have given me same position, i got a call and informed that they have made mistake now they have to change my designation to satisfy another staff who has worked there earlier and now again has joined the organization, they speak about vision, love, respect, dignity and professionalism but never gives justice to the oursider over their old staffs.
