...t the half day and there is no timings for GM motu he comes as per his schedule. Company has no future For new joiners : Its my humble request dont join this company for salary hike , your life will help in this company i bet you will resign within 6month from this company that level of worst culture and system is here , No policies in the company. You will not get any learnings and there is no advance technology also in this company/ HR will say lot of benefits doesnt gives, no bonus from last 3years , No mediclaim , no insuance , No canteen facilities, No mobile facilities , No transporatations facilities .

- No proper job role , you have to don everything - No proper management - Internal too much politics - No policies in the company - There is no employee benefits - salary delays in every month its comes between 15 to 25th of every month, Because management is less concerns about employee salaries - No transportations given , - Vendors payment is delayed for 4-6months and vendor will chase after you instead of company for payments .

Temperature check during in and out using Temperature scanner. Sanitization of plant complete area at thrice a day. Liquid sanitizers per dept for ensuring 100% sanitization during work flow. Mask compulsory during operations with separate company embossed mask for every individual employee made of pure cotton. Health enrichment by means of hot Khadha one in a day as compulsory drink in morning during tea time. No external member allowed without permission and with all due covid care for visit, with necessary social distancing during discussion at plant site or discussion floor.

Dislikes

Empowerment can be still improved at department level. Cost effectiveness need to be more visual for it's impact up to lower level.
