...ver seen. Management and faculty are busy in politics. People behave over caste. They the salary in the tune of 100 or 200Rs. They 7k to 8k female faculty of engineering. Not having senior faculty so you not get anything good. In free time they put marketing and calling work to faculty.

Likes

Overall is good. I have learnt new things in everyday. Hod Naveen sir and principal jabar Singh both are more supportive for every faculty members.

Dislikes

During my teaching I have seen only one thing which seemed badly that is mostly students deliver every sentence in hindi not English but all faculty members were working it. Maybe in future it'll be improve.

Likes

Library , maintained lawn gardens , computer infrastructure specially their special emphasis on Artificial intelligence, guest lectures and model making as well few good purchased models for demonstrations, 3D printing machine prototype , Canteen and good mess .

Dislikes

Abusive culture of few students and faculties that too in college itself , cheating during Viva , poor laboratory conditions etc .

It was good experience to work with vision Institute of technology because the employees who work there are co-operative in nature and the security of job was good. Without any valid reason they don't Fire anyone from the organization.
