... in HVAC with in-built program as per the clients need and system configuration. Salary is quite good for starters (not too great). Learning depends on individual but good for Instruments and Electronic Engineering. Need to travel 30-40% of the time. You can learn management skills, politics and doing business depends on position you got. Job security is also important factor to think now a days.

Dislikes

Work life balance dependent on your ability to deal with your supervisor. No PF/EPF. Less holiday and leave compared to big companies. 6 days working in week. No medical/health insurance, no bonus/performance pay, no transport to and fro from office to home. No canteen facility as it can't afford it. On job training is given. No seperate training facility.

It's a good working environment and work style,my company give a good working knowledge, I am working in two years and give a good appraisal of my company ,but I want to more learning, salary,and growth in my career
