Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I have been working here since April 2016. Very few companies are manufacturing industrial products in India they are one of them. Have innovative ideas to help other organization to improve their quality and productivity. Its a very good place to work, supportive management, you can enhance your technical skill as well as business development. Nice environment you can get here.

I company is good their products are good. but they take little bit more time to give response. They should be more aggressive, and also should have to change their business policy according to today's competitive market.
