The work culture is very toxic. No opportunities for growth either. People backstab, misuse of power that few have being close to the CEO It is like Dictatorship model over here where only 1 person is handling the company and he is not even the CEO. Worst part is the job security is zero. they can tell you today to stop coming from tomorrow. Pathetic leave policy too And they think they have the best company and best work culture in this world. sad.

No work-life balance. Deployment is always scheduled based on customer requirement, even the current sprint is not completed (deployment between sprints). The appraisal policy is very annoying (the new manager joined about a month ago is reviewing my KRA without discussing with the other senior members). You will neither be paid for the extra working days nor use them for any other leave. Also you have to explain each and every plan of your holiday to convince them ( Later they will convince you to take only certain leaves). Also, They did not provide Form 16. You cannot go outside during lunch hours. During Exit time they start daily evening meetings.

- internal politics. - Toxic work place created by few employees to fulfill their ego. - on paper 5 day working but you used 24/7. - no chance to raised any questions against them. They will blackmail you unofficial way due employees are get paid for they only.
