Every coin has a two sides. What I like about this company is your job is secure.

Dislikes

...your other colleagues who are boss's favourite will get a best in the company. After appraisal (appraisal cycle - April to March) company will hold your appraisal letter and incremented salary for 2-3 month, and will release the arrears with the month of July salary. If you are not enough capable for some roles in your profile, they will be least bother for your improvement, rather they will mock you badly and keep you in the organisation for entertainment purposes. So that during the snacks or lunch they can talk about you and can make your fun (and this is the only FUN in this office) Those 3-4 married incl boss, are not festival lover, not family person.. so they expect you to spend time with them rather you go to your home. Even in office they don't like to celebrate any other festival than Diwali. (No Holi, navratri and sankranti because it's North Indian festival, No Christmas and new year because it's not Hindu festival) If you are not boss's favourite then they will pressurise you mentally in many ways. Have many more things, but can't write everything. I have written these points because I have spent a enough time in this organisation and have closely observed the people. In a one word I would say this office has a toxic environment, if you are enthusiastic, happy and progressive mindset who dedicated to work, this office is not a good choice for you and specially if you are a female then definitely not. So if you are open to work in toxic, humiliated and environment, and more politics, buttering lover more than your job, and if you are ready to spoil your mental peace, and family time your most welcome.

Job security is good, Management ar average position, esi policy only

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. salary growth very bad. There is a bond of 5 years but not any improvement in salary 5 years pf not available no bonus no holidays off it's management adjustment.

In covid-19 situation company does not provide double salary or extra bonus or overtime salary. As government rule company does not provides extra Holidays.
