In covid-19 situation company does not provide double salary or extra bonus or overtime salary. As government rule company does not provides extra Holidays.

...y accessible top Management. At one call all cross functional departments works. Salary on 28th of every month. In 15 days Contractor payments. There is no dearth of fund at site for fooding, lodging and accommodation issue.

As per capability..less work in hand. Company exploring different sector to establish as an 10K Crore company in next 5 years.

There is monopoly of HO respect to site staff if u belongs to nagpur or belong to maharashtra it's gud for u other wise u have to suffer for promotion and increment either your project Manager rayed to 10/10 but u didn't get any increment

Extremely toxic work culture with bosses being auditors without guidance! Frequent wrong commitments given to new joiners! Overall, a very bad company to work until the hard working owners of the company realise this and turn the table for good!
