Sycophancy and paranoia are part of the job culture. No work life balance or metric to judge the contribution & productivity of existing employee. Employee are always fearful of losing their job even it is for unprofessional reasons.

The only good thing was that the salary hot credited on 28th of every month!

Dislikes

Extremely toxic work culture with bosses being auditors without guidance! Frequent wrong commitments given to new joiners! Overall, a very bad company to work until the hard working owners of the company realise this and turn the table for good!

Dislikes

Lots of work pressure. Apart from technical work need to do other non technical work also. As a site level engineer you have to do top to bottom all work. No support from construction manager.
