Its a good place to start working because you're given value as a fresher. You Are assigned tasks to do and is placed directly under a site in charge so you learn better on every aspects of construction.

Dislikes

The pay and increment for the work you do is really low. You Get work satisfaction but not the payment satisfaction. Dont get me wrong because they pay you the first week of every month without fail.

The management is a toxic mess. Every faithful employee is eventually pushed out. They even unabashedly resort to shouting and mental abuse. Insecure monitoring of employee behaviour. Cost cutting in providing tea and coffee. Toxic monitoring and stretching of work timings are normal practices. Lack of trust by HR and monitoring and follow up. The treatment meted out to us still has us traumatised.

Toxic HR policies and management. Untrusting, micromanaging management.
