New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

When I was working there is no job security.all staff was co oprative of moradabad stors.it had team spirit.executive staff like Mr.busal(CEO),Mr.pious monteiro(l/PHead),Mr.raman aorta(R.F.M),Mr.Arvind tyagi (Store manager) all really did well.I had great experience with them.thanks to all E.staffs who co operates with us. ...ited manpower & give double manpower work. They don't do marketing for business. Old fashion, Less staff, Low salary, Long duty hours (official 9 hours, but you've to work 12-13 hours) No job security.

These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡

Management threatens about losing job, no motivation at work, Need to work 16 hours.. No leaves, No fix Day off, sudden visits screws off your day even if you're outside and not in duty. No process to claim your expenses.. May need to work 5:30am to 11pm
