It was a vast experience... I hate Vishal Mega mart at Sanjay nagar .....I had worked 15 days there but I didn't get any joining approval and no Salary....

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Some time ,I have to work 14-18hours straight ina a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.maneger do not value an individual unique straight

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow .i am working since 2016 but my manager not promotion me.

... very happy to part for this company. My experience in company less then 1 year. So I don't no salary and appraisal. Work environment are very all team are supporting.
