Myself Deepa J Ex Employee I was working in Vishal Infrastructure Ltd as a Purchase Assistant In Purchase Department, There all are good co-workers and Seniors are really Special Teachers for us, If we have any doubts regarding works then they will teach us without hesitation etc Especially Our Respected Purchase Manager & MD Sir very nice forever Note : Because of my health issue I left the job, But If I get any opportunity to work for Our Company Always I am ready to work ...... For training period good company.....

After training period completed......very slow growth and salary increment very poor.....increment after 2 year and average salary increment is 2500rs... After 2 year.....and work hour is more than 12 hour even go to 16-17 hr....

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
