Salary Increment procedure is little bit off track. But Still if you work hard sooner or later you will get what you deserve.

...re staff you will take another day . Another day never come for your weekly off. Every day you have to do overtime which vishal megamart don't pay you. Before you they tell,your duty time is 9 hour. Mainly apps section they don't hire enough staff but need 100% recovery.You have to do recovery of apps section no matter which department you belong. You will never return your home after 9 hour duty because you have to work 15 hour 16 hour. Please don't do job in VISHAL MEGAMART.
