...re staff you will take another day . Another day never come for your weekly off. Every day you have to do overtime which vishal megamart don't pay you. Before you they tell,your duty time is 9 hour. Mainly apps section they don't hire enough staff but need 100% recovery.You have to do recovery of apps section no matter which department you belong. You will never return your home after 9 hour duty because you have to work 15 hour 16 hour. Please don't do job in VISHAL MEGAMART.

...e our Director Mr. V.H.Masada help every employee and worker in every situation. Provide salary, food and room rent expense. And even without deducting amount from there salary. He is the most inspiring and dedicated Person.

Salary Increment procedure is little bit off track. But Still if you work hard sooner or later you will get what you deserve.
