Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straigjt in a day as I have to atrend client valls in the evening and sometimes late into night.

As an EHS officer at Vishakha Renewables, one of the things I enjoy is the hands-on nature of the work, especially when it comes to safety management and ensuring compliance. The fast-paced environment allows for constant learning, and I get to contribute to the well-being of my colleagues by implementing safety protocols. The challenges, like maintaining the equipment and addressing safety concerns, keep the role engaging, while the company's focus on sustainability aligns with my values.

Dislikes

One aspect that can be challenging at Vishakha Renewables is dealing with delays in maintenance and repair work. Management more focused on production not in QEHS policies.

Dislikes

Distance from company to Staying room was high and working hours genral shift was 9 hours + 3 hours taking for travelling.so it's feeling entire day we have to be in company

Dislikes

1. Behalf of bonus grocery allotment 2. Performance based increment not provided, all person having 5 to 10 % increment in a year. 3. Company own canteen facility is not available, its using Adani canteen.
